Kelly was last seen at about noon on Tuesday, November 12th, 2024, in the 6000 block of Lyndon B. Johnson Drive in Jackson, Mississippi. At the time, she was walking in an unknown direction. A Silver Alert was issued by the Mississippi Bureau of Investigation on November 16th, 2024, as Kelly’s family states she suffers from a medical condition that may impair her judgment.
