case details:

Ivy was last seen on October 28, 2018, at a residence at 206 Long Boulevard in Quitman, Mississippi. At the time, she was living with a male friend named Steve Ray Perry. Ivy’s best friend visited her at the residence on the date of last contact. Prior to leaving, Ivy told the friend that her ex-boyfriend was on his way to hang out and that she would make contact with her later. When questioned, Perry, the man whom Ivy was living with, stated he didn’t see her until he was confronted with surveillance footage from a neighboring home showing Ivy at the home. He changed his story and said that Ivy told him she was meeting with her ex before walking out the back door of the home. It is unclear whether Ivy hung out with her ex-boyfriend that day; however, this is the last know contact with her. Ivy’s phone was active later in the day, when it sent a text around 4:07 p.m. from the southwest part of Clarke County and the Jasper County line. Her phone pinged off of the Voss tower, which serves a 25-mile radius covering southwest Clarke county and Jasper and Jones Counties.

Friends and family state that it is unlike Ivy to go more than a day without making contact. They noticed she was missing very shortly after her disappearance. Foul play is suspected. Searches and canvases have been performed by Clarke County Sheriff’s Department, family, and volunteers in multiple areas. Ivy remains missing at this time.
