case details:
Cecil was at Government Street Grocery Bar and Restaurant at 1210 Government Street in Ocean Springs, Mississippi, on May 27th, 2022. He went to the restaurant with friends. At around 9-9:30 p.m., Cecil told his friends that he was not feeling well and walked out of the building. Cecil was not in possession of his vehicle that night and had caught a ride with friends. When they were ready to leave they were unable to locate Cecil. He was reported missing shortly after. Surveillance video shows Cecil walking away from Government Street Grocery and walking south on Kotzum Avenue. This is the last time Cecil is seen. Investigators state that Cecil’s phone later pinged off of a Verizon tower in the area of Cedar Lake and Popps Ferry on May 28th, 2022 at 11:37:4 p.m. and again, on May 29th, 2022, at 1:56:15 a.m. Cecil remains missing at this time and his case is unsolved.
