Todd was last seen on Monday, April 25, 2022, at about 10:00 p.m. in the 300 block of Taylor Street in Jackson, Mississippi. He was walking in an unknown direction. Family members state that Todd suffers from a medical condition that may impair his judgement so a Silver Alert was issued by the Mississippi Bureau of Investigation on April 27th, 2022.
