Tobias was last seen on July 24, 1993, in McComb, Mississippi. He had plans to travel to Baton Rouge, Louisiana for the funeral of a family member. Tobias was driving a dark blue 1987 Chevrolet Silverado. He never arrived in Baton Rouge and has not been seen or heard from since.
Tobias has not collected any of his Social Security checks since 1993. His case remains unsolved at this time.
