Moran was last seen leaving his residence in Pass Christian, Mississippi. He was driving a silver Chevrolet Malibu at the time. On July 16th, his vehicle was found abandoned on the side of I-10 (mile marker 8) in Hancock County, Mississippi. Moran has not been seen or heard from since. His case remains unsolved at this time.
