Ashley was last seen on May 23rd, 2010 at Pig Willie’s on U.S. 61 North playing pool with friends. He called his mother and told her he would be home shortly. He never arrived home and has not been seen or heard from since. After a few days without contact, Ashley’s mother reported him missing on May 27th, 2010.
On June 11th, Ashley’s gray 2000 Jeep Cherokee was found abandoned off Floweree Road near the Issaquena County line in the Mahannah Wildlife Management area. The vehicle was found just three miles from the residence Ashley shared with his mother and his son. Searches of the area in which Ashley’s vehicle was found were performed and no sign of him was found. Family believes that Ashley met with foul play that night; however, authorities have found no evidence to support that. Ashley remains missing and his case is unsolved at this time.
