Blake was last seen traveling eastbound on Columbia to Purvis Road, near the intersection of Game Reserve Road, on August 1st, 2023 at 4:23 p.m. in columbia, mississippi. at the time, he was driving a navy blue 2001 GMC Sierra bearing Mississippi license plate: DB0860u (Disabled tag). it is believed that Mr. Blake may have been experiencing health issues at the time he disappeared. A silver alert was issued by the mississippi bureau of investigation due to having medical conditions that may impair his judgment. Neither Blake nor his vehicle have been located at this time.
