Case Details:
Callens was last seen at a convenience store located at 3107 Highway 72 in Corinth, Mississippi, at around 5:40 a.m. on January 7th, 2025. At the time, Callens was not properly dressed to keep warm in the weather conditions Corinth was experiencing that morning. The store clerk gave Callens a jacket and a t-shirt. He put the jacket on and tried to wrap the shirt around his legs as he had on shorts. While in the store, the clerk also charged Callens’ phone for about ten minutes before he left the store on foot.
Callens was at the home of his girlfriend on Mathis Road prior to walking to the convenience store. It is reported that the two got into an argument, which prompted his walk to the convenience store that morning. Callens had planned to go duck hunting that morning with family but did not show up for the hunt. His vehicle was found still parked at the residence of his girlfriend on Mathis Road. When Callens did not show up for the scheduled hunt, his brother attempted to reach out to him but was unable to make contact. He reported him missing 24 hours.
Searches were performed by law enforcement and civilians but the snow in the area at the time made thorough searches difficult. No sign of Callens was found during the searches. He remains missing at this time and his case is unsolved.
